Welcome to our 2 bedroom 2 bathroom townhome!
Our place is located one block South with the tamales, bar, sushi, breakfast place, and coffee shop and is just 2 blocks from the lake. Coffee shops, boutiques, restaurants, pubs, groceries, pharmacy and other public conveniences are all within walking distance!
Our place is a four-level home with a bedroom, hallway bathroom, and laundry closet on the ground level. A kitchen, living room, and dining area on the second level. Master bedroom and ensuite bathroom on the third level. And rooftop deck access on the fourth level. It's definitely perfect for travelers, friends, families and even those who in the city for business!
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a dual sinks & a large walk-in shower. The other bedroom has a bunk bed - which makes this space comfortable for up to 4 guests!
The kitchen and living room area are fully equipped with everything you need to eat and relax after a long day of sightseeing or working. High speed Wi-Fi and TV are also available.
We have full sets of sheets, linens, duvets for all beds as well as extra towels for everyone and a washer & dryer - so you don't have to worry about that!
Note:
** Street parking isn't guaranteed but it's always been easy.
** Dogs only allowed. Maximum of 2 small dogs are allowed. Dogs should not be left unattended anywhere in the home, are not allowed on any of the furniture and please pick up after the pets when taking them outside for potty breaks. Leashes are required bylaw in all outdoor areas, including the park and the lake.
Note: A $75 pet fee will be collected for guests who will bring pets. Your dogs are welcome to stay with you inside and out. Pet owners are asked to keep after their pet's waste and clean up messes in and out. Thank you!
