The grounds are professionally landscaped throughout, and the overall estate is surrounded by woodlands.
The bike path is at the end of the road, and the central location of The Preserve makes it convenient to Vineyard Haven, Oak Bluffs, Edgartown, and of course, nearby Farm Neck Golf Club.
