220ft of shoreline on 2.2 acres of private wooded land surrounding a beautiful home right on the Skaneateles lake. Custom furnishings throughout, stone Chimney and rap around covered veranda. It’s private dock, small pebble stone beach, nestled in Ridings cove, provides private access to the lake.
A beautiful wood burning fireplace on the main floor, provides old world decadence to the open plan living and cooking areas.
The kitchen space is very well equipped with with modern appliances. The master bedroom on the second floor has an antique California king size bed and sensational en-suite bathroom, complete with walk in large shower (complete with view of the lake), a Jacuzzi tub, his & her sinks all complete with breath taking views. 2 more bedrooms on the lower floor each have a set of glass doors opening to an open deck overlooking the lake. The house has propane hot air heating and a specially engineered arrangement of fans for ground effect cooling.
