The space
This 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom historic home in the heart of Eugene has been beautifully restored. The front entry consists of a large office space, great for remote working, with high speed WIFI. A cozy living room with TV, a large dining room and newly updated kitchen wrap around the downstairs. 4 large bedrooms are located upstairs as well as a bathroom and patio. The large backyard is open for entertaining.
Guest access
There is parking to the right of the house, please keep the driveway to the house behind our home clear. There is a lock box on the side door to access keys, code will be provide with further check-in instructions at booking. The Eugene bike path along the river, which connects to all parts of the city, is just a few minute walk away. The Whiteaker neighborhood is just down the street, with some of Eugene's best eateries and breweries. Access to anywhere in town is simple, with the Beltline and NW Expressway nearby.
