Ocean reef #1202 is a gulf front condo, located on the 12th floor of the area's newest condominium complex, ocean reef. Upon entering, you will be overwhelmed by the breathtaking view of the emerald green waters of the gulf! You will also notice an all new kitchen which has been accommodated with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances including refrigerator, microwave, stove, ice maker, toaster, coffee maker, blender, cookware, eating utensils, glassware, china and more. The dining area will seat eight comfortably with six at the dining table and extra seating at the counter. The fully stocked kitchen along with the furnished dining area gives you the option of dining in for all your meals.
The living room is beautifully furnished with all new furniture. There is a sofa which converts into a queen size bed, comfortable side chairs, tables, lamps, ceiling fan and large 40' flat screen TV and a DVD for entertainment.From the living area, the sliding door opens to an oversize, private balcony with breathtaking views of the gulf of Mexico. This private balcony is among the largest you will find in the area. From the balcony you can view the water connecting with the sky, dolphins jumping, seagulls flying, beach goers walking, parasailing, boating, snorkeling and much, much more. The balcony is completely furnished with wicker furniture and provides a relaxing area for enjoying sunsets and sunrises. Also, a fabulous place for gathering and playing board games with the family! If you are not lounging on the beach then you'll want to be on this balcony!
The master suite is accommodated with a king size bed, side furniture, lighting, drapery, 32' flat screen TV and DVD player. The master suite also opens to the balcony which both the water and sounds of the beach and be seen and heard! Adjoining the master bedroom, there is a private bathroom which is stocked with bath linens.The guest room is accommodated with a queen size bed, bed linens, 32' flat screen TV and a DVD player. There is also an entrance to the second bathroom from the guest room.

PARKING: A reserved, exclusive use, parking space (located under the building and close to your condo) makes parking a breeze! During spring break and the busy summer season, please travel in one vehicle if at all possible. All vehicles must display a parking pass on the dash or mirror. The first vehicle parking pass is free. An additional vehicle parking pass costs $20. The additional vehicle parks in a, first come first serve, overflow parking lot across the street.
BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Occupancy Limit is no more than 6 guests in unit. You must be age 25 or older to book and you must be present at check-in and during the stay. Pets are not allowed and will result in removal from property. This is a NON-SMOKING resort, not even on the balcony. If you plan on smoking throughout your vacation, please book a different property. Smoking can result in removal from property and loss of deposit. Quiet hours are to be abided by, no loud music, no parties, no large gatherings permitted. You must respect your neighbors right to enjoyment of their balcony. Rental Property Manager will require a signed rental agreement, indicating your agreement to the rental terms, conditions, and rules.
