Enjoy your next vacation at this beautifully renovated 1800 New England farmhouse in a peaceful setting with your own private spot on the Ossipee River! The stunning hand hewn beams and hardwood flooring are original, and the modern conveniences bring the best of today and yesterday together! The fully renovated kitchen opens to an enormous back deck that has a propane grill and seating area, with another small deck across the lawn overlooking the river. 3 bedrooms with queen beds and a bunk, and 2 bathrooms, with dining and living areas to comfortably seat 8 guests. Furniture and bathrooms are newly updated as well.

Home sleeps a maximum of 8 guests
3 bedrooms with 3 queen beds and one bunk bed (bunks are not for adults)
Guests must be over 25 years of age (excludes children traveling with parent/guardian)
The fireplace is wood (Duraflame logs only- 2 are provided for your stay)
