Over a mile and a half off of the main road. Private drive access to the property. Protected cove with docking for several boats. Huge deck and gazebo. Great location for fishermen, fisherwomen and duck hunters. Kring state park boat launch is only a few miles away. Alexandria Bay is approximately a 4 mile boat ride or a 10 minute car ride away. Near historic island castles and wineries. Large lot for camping.. Plenty of parking for big groups and parties etc... sleeps 8-10 people
