Two story home updated with 5 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. This Gilbert AZ retreat is within walking distance of San Tan Village market place. Nearly 2400 sq ft with 7 beds so don't settle for a vacation home that requires inflated mattresses and couch surfing to accomodate your group!
Large equipped kitchen for your cooking needs including a propane grill on the covered patio with fans. Comfy family room with smart TV, dvd player, retro gaming plus separate play area with new toys and air hockey table! Multiple dining areas inside and out. Master with ensuite also has a TV. Whole home Just refreshed with new bedding and fluffy towels.
We supply a generous starter supply of paper products, toiletries, laundry and dishwasher pods, and other essentials to get you settled in quickly. Wal-Mart and Sam's Club is a mile away so you can easily stock up. Refrigerator has through the door filtered water and ice.
Ideal for work groups as well as families and friends; home has high speed internet, multiple table/chair settings, and a couple of desks with chairs. We have hosted many professionals including traveling nurses, contractors and marketing managers on a weekly and monthly basis.
Pool is equipped with a heat pump preset to 86 degrees, seasonally (October 15-April 15th ONLY) System is preset to cycle in order to achieve and maintain water temp while air temp is above 60 degrees. When temps are below 60, water temps will naturally drop but the system then works to recoup heat loss. Because we can’t fight Mother Nature, we cannot guarantee max set water temp on any day that air temps fall below 60 degrees OR precipitation occurs. We do use a "liquid solar heat" product to retain heat so No pool cover is needed.
A heated pool is NOT A HOT TUB! Knowing this will allow you to enjoy the extended swimming season in Arizona (October 15 until Apr 15th, in a heated pool!

House rules
- No additional visitors without owner approval. No parties/events without owner approval.
- No pets. Owner is severely allergic so we repeat NO PETS; it is grounds for immediate removal from home with no refund and $500 fee to return to pet free home status!
- No smoking, vaping or open flames in home.
Evidence of smoking in home will result in $500 fee to return home to Smoke free status.
- Guests cannot change, adjust or touch pool equipment! System is preset seasonally for maximum comfort. Guest will be charged if service call is needed to reset or extra utility cost incurred by guest tampering.
- Guest has access to thermostat in house to change from cooling to heating and raise and lower temp between 70-80 degrees but may NOT attempt to change other preset settings.
-Quiet time is 10pm weekdays and 11PM Friday and Saturday only.
Please be respectful of home and furnishings. and make yourself at home.
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Safety of children is the responsibility of adult who booked, in home, in yard and including use of pool.
Payment and Booking is automatic approval of rules and check in and check out time and procedure. Guests must complete standard vacation rental tasks before check out; emptying their food from fridge, bagging trash, gathering used towels and linens, placing household items back where they belong; details in folder, in home.
*Before being approved, person responsible for booking will need to reply to owner's pre-approval questions & provide a guest list with full names of all group members 18 and older, and ages of children who will be on the property.
30 DAY AND LONGER bookings require signing rental agreement, providing photo ID and payment of security deposit completed within 24 hours of booking. Mid stay cleanings may be required and added as an agreed upon fee.
*Ring cameras are installed at the front entry and back yard for your safety.
