Downstairs floor has 2 bedroom (one has attached full bath), and laundary/exercise room. The backyard has a large blue-stone paved patio, where you can recline, enjoy the view, barbecue, or sit by the fire pit to roast marshmallows. The house sits on 0.8 acres land is surrounded by trees to provide privacy.
