This spacious 6 bedroom / 4 bathroom home occupies a prime, private end-lot location in a quiet cul-de-sac. With 2 King bedrooms, 1 Queen and 3 Twins there is space to accommodate 12 people comfortably. Unique features which set it apart from typical rental homes.
Luxury outdoor living.
The extremely large custom pool (35 feet long) is much larger than the norm at rental homes, making it a focal point for your visit to the sunshine state. The pool is complemented by dual air blowers in the heated spa for truly bubblicious bathing (pool and Spa heat optional, at an extra charge).
The oversize deck area includes a shaded lanai with ceiling fans, and an outdoor dining table with seating for eight. (Indoors there is a 4 seater casual dining table, an 6 seater formal dining table, as well as breakfast bar seating).
The end lot site also benefits from added privacy (with fencing around two sides of the yard), and an oversize driveway (with parking space for four to six cars, PLUS a double garage).
In the evening, there is additional in-pool lighting.

The master bedroom has a feature King bed; the 2nd bedroom also has a King, and the 3rd has a queen. The remaining 3 bedrooms have 2 Twins each. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and all King and Queen beds have pillow-top mattresses.
As well as the 55" LCD screen in the spacious double-height ceiling family room, ALL bedrooms have wall-mounted flat screen LCD TVs - including 43" screens in the Master and second King
The home is decorated with original artworks by Florida artists.
