This 5 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom home is big enough for the whole family!
* When you arrive at the home you will enter in through the garage, walk straight ahead to the grey door and into the house. Immediately on your left there is a small laundry room with a washer and dryer.
* Through the entry way on the bottom floor there is a living room area with a 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom off of it.
* Bedroom 1 has 2 twin/twin size bunk beds
* Bedroom 2 has a full size bed.
* If you go back to where you entered the home immediately on the right there is a staircase leading you to the second floor where there is a large open concept living room, dinning room and kitchen.
* When you go down the hallway there is a full bathroom on your right followed by a queen size master bedroom (with a full bathroom), this bedroom also has a balcony. The next bedroom off the hallway is on the left with a queen size bed followed by the last bedroom at the end of the hallway with another queen size bed. * Off of the dining room there is a large porch with a grill and outdoor table and chairs.
* Down the stairs off of this porch will lead you to the fire pit and a small tree house for the kids to play.
* On the first level (the level you walk into the house on) next to the bathroom is a door that leads you outside to the hot tub!

* Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property. This applies to both drugs and internet activity.
* If you break or damage something, please let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair.
* Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free and we’d like to keep it that way :)
* No smoking of any kind, cigarettes/cigars and/or Vaping– also don’t discard your cigarettes in the house trash cans. There will be a $400 charge if smoking occurs.
* No fireworks
* There is a 24 hour outdoor surveillance camera that points to the driveway only
* Please respect the neighborhood-quiet time hours are 10 pm-7 am
