Summary: We arrived at 3:45 pm (check in time is 3 pm) and were told no Deluxe Rooms with Courtyard View, which is what we reserved, would be ready for at least two more hours. My wife had a plane to catch so this was not an option. Rather than a spacious balcony such as the one pictured, I had a 3 day view of a crowded airport park and fly. Came all the way from Seattle for some desert views. I’m so sad.
