Welcome to our Florida get-a-way! Leave the snow and stress behind and start your vacation today! Our home has been recently remodeled throughout and ready for guests. We comfortably sleep 6, allow pets (with breed and size approval) have a fenced in yard and are located in a fantastic South Cape Coral location. There is a smart tv in the living room, and the master bedroom, also two local channels tvs in each bedroom. The guest bathroom has double sinks, and a shower/tub combination. The master bathroom has a large walk-in shower, linen closet and also boasts double sinks. Relax after a long day at the beach, golf course or collecting shells in the brand-new hot tub. If you would like to bring your boat you can lease the boat lift out back (make, model and proof of insurance is required on your vessel). This is a great neighborhood for walking, biking and pets. We do have quiet time after 10:00pm and request that all guests are courteous of the neighbors. Our home is mere minutes away from the Gulf of Mexico, Downtown Cape Coral and you will be able to enjoy the Yacht Club once fully renovated. A staple in our city since the 1960s, the Cape Coral Yacht Club will boast a ballroom, new beach area, yacht basin, swimming pool, tennis courts and more.You'll find everything you need for a tremendous stay, from ironing facilities to WiFi and a washing machine. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember.
