Welcome to the Orchard House! Charming 3BR house located in the center of New York’s Apple country with restaurants, shops, and wineries just a short drive away. Sitting on 7 acres of land, including a catch and release pond and chicken coop, this 1925 farmhouse features a newly renovated kitchen, bathroom, and front porch. This freestanding, 2 story home is located in the quiet town of Highland, mere minutes away from shops, restaurants, orchards, cider houses, and wineries. Conveniently locates, the Hudson Valley Rail Trail is a short 5-minute drive away and the town of New Paltz is only a 15-minute drive away. The entire house is available for guests. The house sleeps 6 with 3BR and 2 ½ BATH and features an office space, dining area, and laundry room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator, 5 burner range, dishwasher, toaster oven, coffee maker, and blender. The kitchen also features a large island with seating as well a breakfast table. Every bedroom, as well as the living room, has a TV that is equipped with Chromecast so you can cast any streaming apps that are Chromecast compatible. The outdoor space is 7 acres of lush greens with an outdoor lounge area, BBQ, and a catch & release pond. Guests have access to the entire house, except for the basement and garage, which are locked. Please respect these spaces. We are available for any questions/concerns via Airbnb messaging, text, call, and email. Please note that we prefer inquiring guests to be verified before submitting a request to book. If there are extenuating circumstances preventing a verification, please let us know in your message. Additional guests beyond the max of 6 is subject to approval. This requires a $25 fee per night per additional guest to cover utilities/expenses. Also, if you have pets, please inform us when you request to book. Pets are an additional $25 fee per night per pet with a max of two pets. Much appreciated!
