Welcome to our 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath home nestled in the heart of Franconia Notch, close to hiking, skiing, restaurants/breweries, plenty of outdoor activities, & an array of attractions perfect for families, couples & friends looking to soak in everything the White Mountains has to offer. You’ll be minutes away from Cannon Mt Mt. Lafayette, Flume Gorge, The Notch, Lost River Gorge & other breathtaking hikes & summits. Closeby is plenty of shopping, dining, entertainment & leisure.

MAIN FLOOR - Living Room: Create memories with open-concept cooking, living and entertainment! Chef-up delicious meals from the glass cooktop on our island while overlooking the living and dining area. Ethan Allen dining table seats 6. Our family room has a 70” Samsung, vaulted ceilings and a Thomasville sectional that comfortably seats 6-8.
MAIN FLOOR - Bedrooms: Two equal-sized bedrooms with queen memory foam beds, ample closet space and oversized windows directly across from a full bath.
SECOND FLOOR - Large Bedroom: A huge primary bedroom is located on the second floor. Tons of natural light, a king-sized bed, a bunk-bed, and ample closet space rounds out this space.
We have one full bathroom with tub/shower and a half bath located on first floor.
WIFI: We have high-speed satellite internet. No cable tv. You can log into our smart TV apps.
