Enjoy a spacious living area with plenty of seating for the whole family, and playroom for the kids. The kitchen can accommodate any family meals, whether you want to cook or order out. Eat out or grill on our deck on those beautiful summer nights, tree lined and private.

Two staircases will bring you up to our 4 large bedrooms with master bathroom and guest bathroom. (please be aware you will need to navigate stairs to the bedrooms)
There is plenty to do around town including shopping downtown, museums, restaurants, golf (Saratoga National, McGregor Links), SPAC, walking through Congress park or Saratoga State Park. Maybe make the drive north and check out Lake George for the day. After those days exploring, the kids can come back and enjoy the swing set. The neighborhood is very friendly, walkable, great for biking.
