This fabulous property is situated on Saratoga Lake and is a few minutes from the famous Saratoga Race Course and less than ten minutes from the historic city of Saratoga Springs and other major attractions. Our home was built less than 4 years ago and has an amazing view of the lake and breath-taking sunsets, especially from the interior porch/sunroom. You will feel the coziness from the moment you walk through the front door, experiencing a comfortable living room setting in front of a gas heater and a very spacious kitchen/dining area with a large center island. Enjoy the front exterior deck with cushioned furniture and a large umbrella. If you prefer a short or long walk to explore the neighborhood, you can access the lightly traveled roads behind the property and pass by some beautiful horse farms while grasping a view of the lake from a higher elevation. The property also features a private dock where you can fulfill your entire stay by settling in one of our Adirondack chairs and relish the views and soothing experience of the lake. You will find all bedrooms in pristine condition with plenty of closet space. One of the bedrooms has a queen bed and a double bed for added guest sleeping area. There is also a sitting lounge and office space in a restful loft area on the second floor.
The location is second to none!! You are a short drive to the Race Track (temporary home for the 2024 Belmont Stakes Racing Festival), Saratoga National Golf Club, Saratoga Casino, Saratoga Performing Arts Center, SPA State Park and Golf Course, Lincoln Mineral Baths, Yaddo Gardens, and numerous restaurants and retail shops in the bustling downtown and surrounding hamlets.
