Is it about the huge Live Oak trees that cascade over the street...the idyllic pastoral view that can be enjoyed inside or outside on the large deck...the complete privacy in the back...maybe the deer that frequent the meadow...the scenic back road drives...the delicious restaurants near by...the quiet nature walks beside Elm Creek...or relaxing by the fire pit at night????? It is all of it and more that make this such a special place.
The space
Living room and sun room include one couch and additional seating. There is a kitchen with full size table for space to work and a laundry room. One room with a king and one with a double bed and one full bathroom with a tub/shower. The best thing about this house is the shaded backyard view. It is so much like being in the country, while you are close to so many things to do here. Exploring Abilene State Park is fun as well as driving around enjoying the scenic views.
Guest access
Private entry to a single home gives you access to the front and backyard, sun room, porch and feel free to walk around the property for your leisure. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need anything, we are just next door.
