Brand new listing, house built in 2020! We hope you enjoy our country lake home just as much as we do! As soon as you walk in you’ll be able to take in the beautiful views out the wall of windows. Some of our favorite things to do are having a friendly competition of ring toss on the deck, having a fire down below, or going to the dock and swinging in one of the four hammock chairs on our quiet cove. Even though you can’t see the water from the house, you have a relatively gentle walk to the water. The best part about our home is the location on and off the water! On the water you will enjoy being on the north side of the lake as it’s much quieter than the south side. Back at the house your only 10 minutes from the North Georgia Outlets, Publix, and numerous restaurants and other shopping. You’re also only 15 minutes from NoFo Brewery! Less than 5 minute drive by vehicle and boat to the public boat ramp making it super convenient to put your boat in the water. Water depth at the dock is about 6’ inside the slip.
