While our island may look different as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds from Hurricane Ian, bigger and better than ever, we can assure you that the Beach is as spectacular as ever and all of our homes have been approved and inspected to meet your family's needs. We are Fort Myers Beach Strong and will be better than ever!
HAPPINESS COMES IN WAVES! Just a short stroll to one of our country's top rated and safest beaches, Eucalyptus House stands ready to host you and your family. As you pull in the driveway, the inviting tropical atmosphere and well-maintained duplex welcomes you to make your stay the very best vacation for everyone. You will have the entire left side of the Duplex. Making memories that last a lifetime, the Eucalyptus House can serve as your family vacation getaway headquarters! BRING YOUR DOG! Your pet is part of the family too. PARK YOUR OWN BOAT TRAILER! The driveway and the carport under the house offers a convenient spot to park/stow your car and trailer if you brought your own boat, kayak, canoe or jet ski. There is a public boat ramp close by on Lover's Key.

This 2 Bedroom/1 Bath air-conditioned home is over 1,300 square feet of comfortable, unpretentious, fun 'n sun accommodations. The entire Living Space has been treated to wood laminate flooring. Enjoy this open living space where you can relax and enjoy TV. The Living Room has a comfortable couch, which is a sleeper sofa for two guests. Enjoy the fully equipped, remodeled Kitchen that offers all dishware, cookware, tableware and appliances, including that oh-so-important dishwasher. The Dining Area has a table for 4. The Master Bedroom has a comfortable queen-sized bed. The guest Bedroom has two twin beds. The recently updated bathroom has a Walk In Shower. If you would like to spend some time outside, the large wrap around porch area stretches down the left side of the home and around the back. For your convenience, there is a full-sized washer/dryer in the unit. There's also a BBQ Grill for guest use.
