Summary: Enjoyed having three separate bedrooms instead of having to use a sleeper sofa. It served my family well. We had 6 adults and one infant. Didn’t see a separate thermostat for downstairs so we had carried an electric heater which was needed in the downstairs bedroom. Initially there was an odor in the kitchen and the whole house should have some deep cleaning prior to being rented out again.
