This beautiful extravagant property offers you privacy at it's finest sitting on its own property line of .56 acres with a view of Vegas giving you that quite relaxing feel and plenty of space and fun for large families or groups.

The space
Newly remodeled single story home! Located in the Northwest Valley. This home has 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, game room, living & dining room, and a fully loaded kitchen that provides a welcoming, relaxing environment for the perfect vacation home choice. It is fully equipped with furniture, linens, essentials, towels, dishes, cookware, Wi-Fi and more. House sleeps 10 people, when you include the sofa bed. Also a pack and play crib and high chair included for infants and toddlers.
Gather around our dining table that seats six or enjoy the outdoor patio furniture.
Master Bedroom:
King size bed with luscious mattress for extra comfort, nightstands, closet with hangers. The master bathroom comes with double sinks, large soaking tub and a separate enclosed walk in shower and bathrobes. Sitting on the edge of the tub is strictly prohibited. Linens and some hygiene products are provided.
Bedroom 2:
2 Queen size beds with Luscious mattresses in the room for extra comfort, nightstand, large closet with hangers. Linens and some hygiene products are provided.
Bedroom 3:
Queen size bed with a luscious mattress for extra comfort, nightstand, closet with hangers. Bathroom comes with single sink. Linens and some hygiene products are provided.
Living Room:
Wind down on our spacious L-shaped couch and enjoy a movie or watch sports on our flat screen Smart TV with COX high speed internet.
Laundry:
Don’t want to go home with dirty laundry? Don’t worry we provide a large capacity washer and full size dryer with complementary laundry soap.
Also provided are an iron and Ironing board.
Parking:
We provide a 4 car garage which can easily hold four vehicles. There are also two RV parking areas located on both sides of the property .
Backyard:
Nicely landscaped backyard with an outdoor cover patio and BBQ grill. Enjoy the quiet Nevada sunsets with the cool breezes on our patio furniture.
Security:
Safety is our number one priority! We offer a door lock with touchscreen number pad, Vivint outdoor security cameras, Carbon Monoxide alarm, Smoke alarms throughout the home, and a fire extinguisher is provided and available in the kitchen. We also have a first aid kit that is also stored in the laundry room cabinet.

Once you have booked and paid for your stay, then you will be notified with full access to our home rules and check-in/check-out instructions. Please read thoroughly and agree to all house rules before booking can be complete.
No parties or events are permissible!
Our home is in a nice, quiet, family oriented neighborhood and noise level will be kept to a minimum. Noise ordinance in Clark County is 10PM – 7AM.
IF FOR ANY REASON THE POLICE ARE CALLED TO THE PROPERTY DURING YOUR STAY, EXCEPT FOR EMERGENCY PURPOSES, IT WILL BE AN AUTOMATIC $1,000 FINE AND/OR RESERVATION WILL BE CANCELLED. GUESTS WILL HAVE TO VACATE THE PREMISES AND WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY REFUNDS..

PETS ARE ALLOWED. We love our fur babies. There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed. Please use the designated pet area located on the side of the house closest to the game room and pick up after your pets and place the waste in a plastic bag and dispose of properly.

This is the PERFECT STAY for small families or groups visiting Las Vegas for business or pleasure! Guests who stay with us will have access to the main house with over 3,300 sq ft, three bedrooms with three bathrooms, office and game room. Each bedroom has a lock for privacy.

We are centrally located with easy access to Hwy US 95. Shopping, casinos are a few minutes away, There is Tule Springs, a state park with 3 natural lakes - great for fishing. A senior city facility close by offers great entertainment, interesting classes, card games and much more. The Allegiant Raider stadium is 25 minutes from the house as well at the T-Mobile Vegas Knights arena. Mt. Charleston just 20 minutes away, Red Rock Canyon just 15 minutes on the I-215. and so much more to enjoy!
