Summary: Positives: Room climate was nice. easy to adjust. Bed was extremely comfortable. Bathroom and shower were very good. Negatives: no first floor rooms (didn’t seem that crowded), no elevator, I had three extremely heavy cases to lug upstairs. Hair dryer assembly came off the wall in my hands. NO BALE ON THE HOOK AND BALE DOOR LATCH. Not a secure room…
