Located in the heart of the Catskills, you will be away from it all in total privacy with no night sky light pollution. On the other hand you're just 10 minutes from Lew Beech and a weekend country grocery store, and 20 minutes from Livingston Manor and Margaretville with fresh grocers, farmers markets, craft breweries, cideries, bakeries and pizza, wine stores and cute home goods and antique shops.
The 25 acre property includes 5 acres of park-like manicured lawns and a firepit with the best views ever, and trails leading into the wilderness.
Cabin is accessed by a well maintained dirt road. 4 wheel drive is recommended.
