Summary: Was very clean, it's a small property and staff worked hard to keep everything clean. No trash around, everything inside was clean and cleaned daily. Not a modern facility, but it is well worth what you pay for. There is a strip mall that is a 5 minute walk away with a Von's, McDonald's, local hamburger place, etc. I walked around the community for 2 days playing Pokemon GO. I felt safe, it felt like upscale community. There is homeless around, they didn't bother me. If I return to the area, I wouldn't object to staying again. But my travels reward me for exploration. I would recommend, but would also remind it isn't modern decor
