As you drive uptothe home, you have parking underneath the building .
The swim/spa pool is located on the back side of the house which faces South. The perfect exposure for the Wintertime, with sun on the pool all day long. The swim spal may be heated and included in your rental.
As you walk in the front door to this modern designed home withsimple, clean,open concept living.
The living room is open to the dining and kitchen with a large, flat-screen TV. There is a couple of comfortable couches in the living area and a dining area, a open concept kitchen.
