Completed in July 2018, this townhome has breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean, Haystack Rock, Cape Kiwanda, and the Nestucca River! This pet-friendly home features a warm water outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing sand off your feet. This two-story home is the epitome of family luxury with room for everyone. It can comfortably sleep up to ten people, so bring the whole family! This home features two master bedrooms, upstairs and downstairs with king-size beds and private ocean views, a private hot tub, and a large bunk room for the kids. Both master baths include a walk-in shower, double sinks, and a private commode. Send the kids downstairs to the family room, which includes games, books, a flat-screen TV. The bunk room features two twin bunk beds, one double bed on the bottom, and a twin trundle for up to 6 people. This floor also houses a guest bathroom with a tub, shower, and double sinks, as well as a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.

A short 10-minute orientation provides you access to the facility during your stay. Clubhouse Hours are 9 am to 8 pm (Please note keycard will not work outside of these hours).
