In this serene forest setting, you'll have easy access to some of Southern Vermont's loveliest landscapes, including Stratton Mountain Resort (five miles), Bromley Mountain Ski Resort (eight miles), and Okemo Mountain Resort (25 miles).
Whether your plans involve skiing, golfing, or leaf-peeping in autumn, this home places you right in the thick of it. Play a morning round at the Stratton Mountain Golf Course and spend a summer afternoon barbecuing on the gas grill, relaxing in rocking chairs on the deck, and admiring the woodland view.
Inside, the multi-level floor plan brings the main living space upstairs, offering lofty ceilings, plentiful windows, and a smart TV to stream movies as you toast your toes by the fireplace. Elevated just above the living room are a well-equipped kitchen and a dining area with space for the whole family. An electric car hook-up is available on the property, as well as a beautiful pond area, which makes for the perfect area to walk and play.
In the evenings, leave the day's snowy clothes to spin in the washer/dryer, use the complimentary WiFi to track the mountain report, or simply escape to the den downstairs to watch a movie.
