Ground level features a complete GAME ROOM; dart board, pool table, chess/checker boards custom made on wine barrel, beverage cooler, ice maker, step out to back yard where there is ring toss, corn hole, or simply set up a beach chair by the pool or nap on the hammock right in the backyard. Things to Know: This home is only accessible via ferry; has a 30 year old minimum age requirement for rental; there are strict good neighbor and noise policies for all homes in Ocean Beach and no parties or share houses are allowed at any time at MOANA. Families welcome. No smoking and pets are considered on case by case basis. There is a $20 a day pet fee.
