Not to mention, direct access to your private balcony that overlooks a section of the intercoastal waterway that is full of incredible wildlife, boats cruising by on the intercoastal waterway, and beautiful calm views of the water.
The split floor plan of this condo makes this unit perfect for two couples for complete privacy if desired. The master suite overlooks the water with big windows for natural light and maximum waterfront views. It features a king-sized bed, plus a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo, and direct access to the waterfront balcony. There is even a Roku TV for streaming your favorite shows or catching up on the news. The guest bedroom features a queen-sized bed and it's own bathroom right across from the bedroom with a tub/shower combo, plus a TV as well.
This unit also features a tandem garage with enough parking for 2 vehicles (one in the garage, one out front of the garage), a wagon for your beach gear, plenty of beach chairs for your use, in unit laundry for convenience, free WiFi, and it is dog friendly up to 60 lbs. This complex sits directly on the intercoastal waterway of Indian Shores- ideal for fishing, boating, or just relaxing and watching boats and wild life go by-like dolphins, birds, manatee, and fish!! There is a private dock on the intercoastal water- steps from this end unit. There is also a heated saltwater pool with lounge chairs, ideal for relaxing after a long day at the beach playing in our crystal clear Gulf water. This unit is located across Gulf Blvd from the beach, but there are plenty of designated crosswalks for your safety. This condo is located 0.2 miles from the beach, about a 5 minute walk to the closest beach crosswalk and public access.
Indian Shores is a quiet beach town highlighted by 19 blocks of white sandy beaches, incredible restaurants, wildlife, and plenty to do- all while being close to our great attractions (like Trip Advisor's #1 rated beach in the USA- Clearwater Beach).
