Luxurious Beach Front townhouse condo with direct access to the beach and 4 parking spots! This is built in 2023, with new furniture. Beach side porch with outdoor grilling and awesome sunrises. You will love to be outside looking at the beach while grilling. The porch allows you to enjoy the beach in any weather. The deck on marsh side has beautiful sunsets. Beach is quite and private as there is no public access for 17 houses in each direction. Total size is 2100 square feet of living space. All hardwood floors throughout. Ceiling fans in Family room and 3 bedrooms. Central air and heat and 3 zones for perfect comfort. Granite and Quartz counter tops in kitchen and baths. A 56" real gas fireplace for that perfect feel on cool nights. First floor bedroom with double bed, has a pocket door to create a suite with double sink bathroom, bath/shower with a view of the marsh. Second floor bedroom has queen bed and also has marsh view. Master bedroom has King bed, walk in closet, en suite bathroom with gorgeous shower and double sink. The views of the ocean are fantastic and if you open the windows, you will hear the waves all night long. The loft is a small room meant for children with a day bed with a trundle, which accommodates 2 twins beds. In total sleeps 8. Dining table can sit 8 and an additional 4 seats at the kitchen bar.
If you want to really be at the beach and not have to walk or cross a street, this is the place! At high tide, it feels like you are on a yacht! There is a cat walk that has you step over the dunes and you are there. This section of Salisbury beach is the best. It is quiet but still only .7 mile walk to the Salisbury center for restaurants/bars arcades and fun. This is a luxurious new construction townhouse that is all new as of November 2023.
