First floor is an open concept floor plan. Large kitchen area with full-size refrigerator equipped with double ice makers and wine/beverage refrigerator. Dining room table opens to seat 8.
Second floor has 2 bedrooms, each with its own full bath, and a washer/dryer.
The master bedroom has a king size bed. The second bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds (Sleeps 4 under 225 pounds on the top bunks or 2 adults under 250 pounds on the lower bunks. One of the living room sofas opens into a queen size bed with a 1st floor Powder room. The beach house can sleep 8 adults.
There is an outdoor bathroom & shower adjacent to the pool.
Cable TV in living room and both bedrooms. Free Wi-fi.
Off street parking in driveway is available when street parking is unavailable. Please try to occupy free parking on the street to avoid car jockeying.
