Positive: The place was amazing!!!! It looks just like it is on the picture! It was spotless, and everything that we needed for our stay was provided for us.

Negative: One night The smoke alarms went off at 1 am! I tried calling everyone and no one responded! vacasa number that they provided only had the text option and no one came! They were beeping for 2 hours ! I went to security no one there< he left a phone numer, i called the number he said he will come! never showed up! My three year old was terrified! After 2 hours they stopped, I don't know how, I tried to reset them! The guy came the next day and said that everything is ok! I guess the people who maintains the apartment is not responsible! We were there fro August 13-30, but we had to evacuate and left 2 days early because of the hurricane! We never got any $$ back for that! Rather than that the place is amazing, and I would go again!

Summary: Beautiful and the perfect quiet place for my family!
