Cushy cabin on the crick. Cross a rustic bridge to get to your totally off grid getaway with outhouse, minimal solar 12v lighting, and propane heat. Or use my generator for an extra charge for full kitchen power. No running water, but there's a Fridge, coffee pot, toaster oven, hot plate, story tellin fire ring, dresser and a queen size bed that begs you to hit the snooze just once more before hiking the trail or headed to Watkins. Bottled water provided, no shower, rent a tiny puppy a night for a limited time

This is a very rustic setting, cell phone service is spotty for some, nonexistent for some, but AT&T comes in great
The driveway is long and rough and the driveway entrance is not in sink with gps and online maps. If you're coming from Corning, it's the driveway on the right generally BEFORE where the map says to go. If you're coming from Watkins, the opposite holds true
Private active railroad crossing. Sounds like a freight train comin through at around 8:25am and at other times throughout the day. Please obey stop signs, they mean it
