This cozy one bedroom, one bathroom apartment is furnished with new furniture and room darkening curtains and boasts a freshly painted bedroom. It is located in a 4 unit building and is on the first floor. There are a few stairs to enter the building. This unit has one assigned off-street parking spot. The kitchen is equipped with all the basic necessities for preparing delicious meals, including Green Pan pots and pans. A small coffee pot and tea kettle are provided for those early morning wake ups or cold winter days.

Please note that the only sleeping space is one double bed. This unit will nicely fit one or two people, but not more.

Collins Perley Complex is 1 mile away that you can walk or drive to with a playground and walking path. Hardack Recreation Area boasts a sledding hill and skiing hill, hiking, snow shoeing, and cross country skiing trails, a lodge with snacks & drinks for sale, and a great city pool (free to use except for the pool!).
St. Albans boasts quite a few delicious restaurants for a small town. Right next to the property is a gas station with a great deli inside, and there is a mechanic right across the street.
