Summary: Parking was safe secure and with ease. Lots of shops, restaurants, coffee places, parks and beautiful views nearby. Not to mention San Francisco "crookedest street in the world" is on Lombard Street, the same street as the hotel. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Rooms are very cozy but would be more comfortable if the hotel would change its old rug. Overall, I would definitely stay here again whenever I visit San Francisco.
