Once part of Ludington's farmland, this elegant farmhouse is nestled against a serene forest. This property offers complete privacy while remaining conveniently close to restaurants, shopping, lakes, Empire State Trail for biking, running, or walking. Please feel free to bring your bikes with you. In winter, we have Thunder Ridge Ski Resort and much more for you to discover.
The space offers a 3-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom home with a tastefully renovated kitchen that seamlessly blends modern convenience with historic charm. The formal dining room, with its wide entry to the living and family rooms, creates a space that effortlessly flows for easy entertaining, accommodating gatherings of any size.
On the second floor, three bedrooms and a full bath, featuring an original claw foot tub, offer cozy retreats.
There is an outdoor space for BBQ. A relaxation cove with a hammock at the direct exterior of the rear door. We also have Adirondack chairs near 1 of our 3 outdoor fireplaces. You can enjoy a lovely evening of sitting around the fire and listening to an array of birds in nature.
