Wooden vaulted ceilings, skylights and large windows throughout 7 Conifer saturate the home with that sought-after Sunriver sunlight. With the sparkling, updated kitchen boasting granite counter tops, new cabinets and an open floor plan to the dining area, cooking a family meal or hovering over an open pizza box will be a joy.
The ensuite bedroom on the main level will wrap you in luxury with its King bed, flat screen TV and private bathroom with heated floors, a deep soaking tub and stone shower. Also on the main floor are 2 guest rooms, one with a Queen bed, and the other with a Twin Bunk bed.
The bonus media area in the loft, located upstairs off of the 2nd King ensuite, is a great addition to the home providing additional accommodations with a Queen sized sleeper sofa.
