Attractive mid-rise condominium located in midtown Ocean City. Generous oceanfront balconies offer terrific views of the beach and water. Each unit offers air conditioning, full kitchen, washer & dryer, private parking and elevator. Book your week before they fly away! Fireplace not for guest use. Smoking is not allowed in the units or in any of the common areas other than the designated area by the dumpster. No golf shoes or cleats to be worn inside the unit. From 12/28/2024 to April 2025 there is NO wifi available and only limited basic cable.

- Guests must be 25 years of age or older to check-in and must be staying at the property.
- Renters must be financially responsible adults having been employed for two years or more full-time and have an established solid credit history.
