Tideview is an immaculate studio condo located just steps to Beautiful Seabrook Beach, NH. Recently renovated and refurnished with a queen-size bed and queen sleep sofa. Equipped with a kitchenette with mini refrigerator, standard microwave, electric skillet, K-cup coffeemaker, toaster, electric tea kettle, NutriBullet and all plates, glasses, and utensils. Linens and towels are provided, including beach towels. 50" HD TV and free WiFi. A hair dryer is included. For your convenience, a beach cart, small cooler and two beach chairs (chairs located under staircase on first floor West side--green with 205 on arms) are included. Sit and relax on the balcony overlooking the ever-changing marsh and enjoy the sunrises and sunsets. Eat in or visit the great restaurants within walking distance. Parking for one car--please place a parking permit on your dashboard while in the lot--found in the condo on the dresser. The condo is located on the second floor and has a security door and elevator for access. A large full bath with tub/shower has handrails--this condo is handicap accessible. There is a coin op washer/dryer located on the same floor across the hall. This is a NONSMOKING BUILDING, $500 fine with evidence of smoking of ANYTHING. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.
