Tenants can use any one of the seven private Association access to the Pond, which includes two main sandy beaches. The Cottage is within 5-6 miles of Falmouth’s ocean beaches (some public, including Old Silver); downtown Falmouth shops and restaurants; and Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket shuttle bus parking for the Woods Hole Ferries. Several supermarkets, laundromats, Cape Cod Winery, and Falmouth Shopping Mall are all within 3 miles.
