The house offers three bedrooms (main floor: one bedroom with a king, one bedroom with two twin-over-twin bunk beds; second floor: open loft bedroom with a queen), one bathroom, a recently renovated kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, and several coffee makers (drip and french press), WiFi, three smart TVs, Public Goods products, organic bed and bath linens, washer and dryer available for guest use, an EV charger, carport for inclement weather, mudroom with ski storage, dedicated work space, outdoor deck with Adirondack rockers, and an outdoor fire pit area with addition lounge seating, all while sitting adjacent to the Jay Branch of Crook Brook for some relaxing river ambiance.
