This super cute, clean, and unique 1st floor apartment is located on a quiet street close to downtown Glens Falls, NY.
Ten-minute walk to restaurants, breweries, and shops. Farmers Market, sporting events at Cool Insuring Arena, parks, museums, artist studios, downtown events, balloon fest, hockey, concerts. Downhill or cross-country skiing is only minutes by car and bike paths are just a few minutes away. Saratoga Springs is a 20-minute drive and Lake George is only a 10-minute drive.
The space
Located on a quite safe street just five-minute drive to local restaurants, breweries, shopping and more. Crandall Park has lighted ski trails which is only a few blocks away. Lake George is a 10-minute drive. West mountain ski area less than a 10-minute drive.
Clean bright first floor apartment that is freshly painted and has lots of large windows. There is hardwood floors throughout with high ceilings.
(There is a separate three-bedroom 2nd floor apartment upstairs with its own private entrance that may be occupied by other guests. Feel free to inquire for more details if additional space is needed for your stay.)
The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size refrigerator, coffee maker, gas stove, microwave, toaster and all the dishes, utensils and pots and pans needed. Cleaning supplies, dish soap, starter paper towels and toilet paper are supplied. There is a nice porch with a gas grill and a sitting area.
WIFI available and 55-inch smart tv (with plenty of streaming options) located in the living room. There is a window air conditioner in the living room area and bedroom. Washer and dryer is in apartment. No pets allowed.
Both bedrooms have new comfortable queen size mattresses with all fresh linens. There is lots of morning and afternoon sun.
The third bedroom has a new twin size mattress.
Off street designated parking for two cars or the local bus transportation is one block away.
Access to apartment via keycode entrance.
House Rules: No pets or smoking in apartment. Do not cut on the butcher block island. Cutting boards are located in cabinets. Check out is 10am.

Our home is located in a residential neighborhood. We ask that you respect their privacy and keep noise to a minimum after office hours. We do not allow loud parties and events and strictly prohibit noise after 9pm.
The garbage bins are located outside on the side of house, please throw trash and recycling accordingly.
