This lakefront cottage on Chautauqua Lake is located on a grass park which allows endless unobstructed views of the lake. Recently renovated. Each bedroom has a view of the lake. Bedroom 1, queen. Bedroom 2, king. Bedroom 3, daybed and trundle with small dresser and TV. Bedroom 4 has a full-- Sleeps 8 total. The kitchen is fully stocked with a regular Ninja coffee maker. The dining room comfortably accommodates up to 8. It's a sweet, clean cottage with so much to offer. The house comes equipped with 6 adirondack chairs, a small kayak, bikes, grill and fire pit . The garage is convenient with a nice size drive way. Many walkers walking down below and through out the neighborhood. Some friendly walkers walk through our yard by the garage door. We love our year-round residents. The dock is private owned by a neighbor. You can access the water via land and welcome to use our kayak. Marinas close by, you can keep or rent a boat there.
