Views of the tree canopy throughout, front porch and tranquil backyard with heated pool and hot tub make this property special. Playground, park, trailhead just one block away.

House rules:
Host requires verified ID for guests. No music in backyard or outdoor areas.
Absolutely no parties or events (guests will be asked to leave if this rule is not honored). No decorations on the front lawn or front porch. The names of guests staying at the property must be provided to host and any additional visitors must be cleared with host in advance. Please be sure all members of your party have accurate address and property description info (send them a screenshot of a photo of the property) as we’ve had several instances of guests parking on neighbor’s driveway and knocking on their door. Absolutely no street parking (guests will be asked to leave if this rule is not honored). Please do not use neighbors’ driveways to reverse into our property’s driveway.Please remove shoes prior to walking on carpet upstairs.
There are two thermostats in the house, one upstairs and one downstairs. Do not run the AC on one and the heat on the other as this is extremely costly. A $200 energy charge will be assessed if the thermostats are set in this manner. Spa is heated year round and pool is heated in the cooler months (fall, winter and early spring). Do not modify, change or alter pool settings or pool heater settings. Spa can be run for one hour durations at a time. Neighbors will report excessive spa use and use during quiet hours 10pm-7am is not allowed. Please contact host if there appear to be issues with pool.
Pool and lawn service occur weekly and are non-negotiable. The service personnel will enter yard through gate. Aggressive behavior or rudeness to service personnel is a violation of house rules. Host reserves the right to service property as needed and will communicate with guest if entrance inside of the home is needed.
Please keep front and back doors locked and garage doors closed.
Three bedrooms availabile and fourth available upon request with pop up bed (18 inch high air mattress). Space is currently used as a study.
TVs are equiped with Amazon Firestick and accomodate Hulu and Netflix as well as other apps. A fee will be charged for any missing Firesticks or Firestick components.

No loud noises outside and please keep inside noise level at a minimum. This is a quiet, family neighborhood.
No parties, smoking, drugs or disruptive conduct.
All vehicles must be parked in garage or driveway. Local Airbnb ordinace prohibit street parking. Garage accomodates one to two cars and driveway accomodates two large vehicles. No oversized vehicles such as trailers, boats, monster trucks, etc.
Large waste and recycling bins in side yard must be put on curb for garbage pick up Monday evening or by Tuesday morning 7am. Please return bins to side yard after pickup on Tuesday afternoon. Please follow recycling guidelines listed on the yellow recycling lid and sort items accordingly. We cannot accommodate excess amounts of garbage that do not fit in the green garbage bin. Please pack excess garbage out. Our property is best suited for families and business travelers. Parties and events are absolutely not tolerated as they are disruptive to our neighbors, our small street/block cannot accommodate excess cars (also prohibited by local ordinance for Airbnb guests) and we do not have the capacity to process excess waste/garbage from parties. Please respect our home and please find an alternate property for parties and events. Please ensure that voices and the noise level in the backyard are at a conversational level and are not audible by our neighbors. These guidelines also apply to our guests who are gathering and are not holding a party. The Township rules apply to Airbnb guests as well as unauthorized Airbnb party guests that are creating the disturbance. Reports of parties, events, music, screaming, loud noises and any other disturbances to the neighborhood will result in the guest being asked to leave with no refund in reservation fees.
