Relax and enjoy your stay at our home which sleeps 14 comfortably and is located steps away from the beach where you can view the spectacular sunrise and enjoy the ocean waves. We have 8 beach badges for use during your stay on the beach of South Mantoloking/Normandy beach.
The Space
The house is fully equipped. It features 6 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms on two floors of living space. On the second floor there are two master bedroom suites with king beds, en-suite bathrooms, walk-in closets, and private porches - perfect to watch the sunset or for an evening nightcap. On the first floor, there is a third master bedroom with a queen bed, two bedrooms each with 2 twin beds, and a fourth bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds - a great space for the kids!
The first floor has a great open concept. On this floor you have a gorgeous kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dining area, comfortable living room, den, and 1.5 baths. Off of this space there is a screened-in porch with a dining set as well as an uncovered porch to enjoy the sun and an outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach. The backyard is fully fenced-in. There is a second living room on the second floor, providing plenty of room to spread out and relax. Off-street parking is ample in front of the house, providing enough space for 5 cars, in addition to the two-car garage. In the garage you will also find beach chairs and bikes available for your use!
Fresh bed linens are delivered to the house with each stay on the day of check-in. Guests are responsible for their bath and beach towels.
