The space
Enjoy your visit to Louisville in our newly updated space with all of the comforts of home.
Spacious and stylish, there are 2 private bedrooms, 1 bathroom (NEWLY RENOVATED as of 2/2/25) and an open floor plan in the common areas that include a large living room and eat-in kitchen.
This home is a duplex with private entrances for the first and second level units. Your unit is on the first floor. You may hear noise from the occupants above. Please respect our quiet hours after 11 PM. The backyard and driveway are shared spaces (owners park their car in the garage).
BEDROOMS
Groups of up to 5 people can sleep comfortably in our space. There are two bedrooms – the main bedroom has a KING size bed and two large closets. The second bedroom has a QUEEN size bed, one closet, and a desk to work at. We also have a large, comfortable sofa if needed for extra sleeping space for up to 2 people (linens provided).
BATHROOM
*NEWLY RENOVATED* We have one full bathroom with a brand new tub/shower combo. We offer bath towels, hand towels, and one face cloth per guest.
RELAX AND CHILL
The family room is spacious with a huge couch and a large Smart TV that has streaming access for Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, etc. (with your own logins).
DINING IN
The fully-stocked kitchen has all of the essentials to cook and enjoy meals together. There is a full size refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, cookware, dishes, utensils, drinking glasses, wine opener and more. We also provide a K-cup or single cup coffee maker with a small supply of coffee and sweeteners as we know how important this morning ritual is. There is a large kitchen island that seats 4 and makes meal prep a breeze.
WORK
If you’re in town for work or just need to stay caught up on email, rest assured we’ve got high-speed WiFi and a dedicated workspace with natural lighting.
ACCESS
We have a keypad entry for easy check-in with a unique access code for your stay. Guests have private access to the entire space. Your host is just a text or call away and will respond immediately if you have a question or need anything during your stay.
PARKING
Off-street parking is available for up to one vehicle. FREE street parking is also available.
IMPORTANT DETAILS
Standard check-in time is 3:00 - 9 PM, and check-out is 11:00 AM. In some cases it may be possible to arrange an earlier check-in or later check-out for an additional fee.
Our maximum overnight occupancy is firm at 5 guests and we cannot accommodate gatherings larger than 8 at any one time in our home.
Our home is located in a wonderful neighborhood. We care about our community and love our neighbors! NO LOUD NOISE after 11 PM, NO PARTIES, NO EXCEPTIONS.
We have security cameras on the exterior of the home. There are—of course—no cameras or recording devices inside the home.
We have a strict NO PETS policy.
