We strictly prohibit parties or large gatherings in our homes. To ensure the safety and well-being of all guests, we have implemented onsite security measures to prevent these types of events.
We take great care in maintaining our homes and perform regular pest control treatments. However, as we are located in Texas, it is possible that insects may occasionally enter the home. To minimize this, we kindly ask that guests keep windows and doors closed and avoid leaving lights on during their stay.
We want nothing more than for you to enjoy your time in our city. East Downtown is fast becoming one of the most up-and-coming neighborhoods in Houston, with new amenities opening weekly.
To make your stay the best that can be, we will be available to give recommendations and suggestions. In return, we ask that you respect our property and do not have anyone over that is not a registered guest of ours. We also require that the person who books the rental is present at check-in. The only exception is if prior arrangements have been made.
As for late/early checkouts, this must be discussed PRIOR TO BOOKING (may not be available due to new guests checking in) an additional night will be charged for an unexpected late checkout. Thanks for understanding!
