This newly built flat features 11-foot ceilings and large windows that fill the space with natural light. It is supplied with everything you need: a fully equipped apartment sized kitchen with dishwasher, a cozy living area, and a dedicated workspace if you need to get some work done. The bedroom has a king-size bed and a walkthrough closet with plenty of storage. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower and heated floors. Also, an in-unit washer and dryer provide added convenience.

There is one off-street parking spot available directly in front of the garage door (parallel to the street). Please note that parking inside the garage or to the right of the building is not permitted, as these areas are reserved for neighbors. You'll have a private entrance and full access to the flat, including the garage, which can be used as a flex space (not for parking).
The location is in a thickly settled neighborhood close to downtown. You should expect to hear some sounds of people walking by, cars and if you are lucky the church bells. The neighborhood is quiet in the evenings.

This Flat is located near the Maplewood Avenue Bridge in Portsmouth. Beginning Spring 2025 the city of Portsmouth will be working to complete construction on the bridge during the weekdays, between the hours of 7AM and 6PM. Construction will NOT occur on weekends. The bridge will remain open to all pedestrians so guests can still easily walk into town. However, depending on the construction schedule, there may be a detour for those looking to drive into town.
