Large, private, heated pool with slide, sun loungers and seating area that is perfectly positioned for the evening sun. Spacious deck with multiple seating choices, large dining set, gas grill and Egg ceramic grill. Tree filled private garden with swing and zip line.
The house is directly connected to the deck, garden and pool, making the space feel as one, great for spending time with friends and family.
Large communal kitchen / dining area with microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso, Smeg coffee machine, electric kettle, fridge/freezer with ice maker. Two connected living areas, one with a log fireplace, Apple TV, Sonos music system, piano. Utility room with washer and dryer. Just renovated downstairs bathroom with shower. Also newly converted basement into children's playroom/den.
4 bedrooms upstairs, one with a King bed, two with queen beds and one with a toddler bed and a child's bed. Bathroom with bath and shower.
Very light, bright and airy throughout. White wooden floors. All living spaces are open to give it a sociable feel.
Situated on a very quiet, tree lined street. Just a 5 minute walk to our stunning private community beach. Perfect for taking wine and cheese and watching the sunset, or a morning walk, there's also a nature trail and pond set back from the beach.
Two adult and two children's bikes are provided. Lots and lots of games and toys for kids.
Few minutes drive or short bike ride to Greenport town center and harbour for bars, restaurants, shops and the much-loved carousel. Also just a short bike ride or drive from the famed Kontokosta Winery with sweeping lawn and water views. Orient State Beach Park and ferry to Connecticut is a 15 minute drive. The next town–Southold–is a 10 minute drive with more great restaurants and shops to explore. Over 40 wineries on the North Fork make it a paradise location for wine lovers! For foodies the list of fantastic restaurants is endless, including the North Fork Table and Inn and American Beech. Many stone or sand beaches are close by, a cooler and cabana are provided with the house.
